KNOWMO

These terms are an agreement between you and Ghosty Labs LLC (“we”), which runs KNOWMO. By creating an account or using the site, you accept them. If you don't accept them, don't use the site.

1. What KNOWMO is

KNOWMO publishes memecoin calls on Robinhood Chain: moments when wallets we track buy the same coin, with a score and the reasoning our software saw. It is information only. It isn't financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and it isn't a recommendation to buy or sell anything. We aren't a broker or an exchange: we never hold your money, trade for you, or ask for your keys or seed phrase.

2. Who can use it

You must be 18 or older and allowed to use a service like this where you live. You're responsible for following your local laws, including any rules on crypto trading. You can't use KNOWMO if you're in, or ordinarily live in, a country or region under US trade sanctions, or if you're on a US government list of restricted parties.

3. Free and paid plans

The token check, the public results and The Receipt are free. During the closed beta, membership is free too, and we approve every free account by hand. A beta can have errors, gaps and downtime.

Paid memberships are billed in advance, in US dollars (USD), by card through Stripe, and renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. Before you pay, we show the price, how often you'll be charged and any free trial. Prices don't include taxes unless we say so; where the law requires us to charge tax, it's shown before you pay. Cancelling, refunds, free trials, failed payments and price changes work as our Cancellation and refunds page describes, and that page is part of these terms. Payments aren't refundable, except as that page says.

We can approve, pause or end any free account at any time, and change or stop any part of the service. Section 11 says what happens to a paid membership if we end it.

4. The risks are yours

Memecoins are extremely risky. Prices can move in minutes, liquidity can disappear, a coin's contract can stop you from selling, and most coins end up worthless. You can lose everything you put in. Calls, scores and red flags describe what our software saw at the time; they can be wrong, late or incomplete. Published results show what past calls did, measured as the results page describes and without trading fees or slippage; they don't predict future calls. Every trade you make is your own decision.

5. We trade what we call

The people behind KNOWMO may hold, buy or sell the coins we call, with their own money. Once our system calls a coin, we don't buy or sell it until the call has gone out to the members it's for. We may already hold a coin when it's called, if we bought it on our own before.

6. Your account

Keep your password private and don't share your account. The live signal board and call details are for your own use: don't republish, resell or share them before they're public on the site. Don't scrape the site, copy it at scale, probe it for weaknesses, or reach it with bots.

7. Our content

The site, its calls, scores, write-ups and design belong to Ghosty Labs LLC. While your account is active, you may view them for your own use; that permission is personal and can't be transferred.

8. Promotions and referral rewards

Trials, discounts and referral rewards follow the conditions shown with the offer. A referral counts only under the rule shown where you sign up: never your own accounts, emails or devices. Rewards have no cash value and can't be sold, transferred or exchanged for money. We may refuse rewards gained by abuse, and we may end a promotion; rewards you've already earned stay yours.

9. No warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. As far as the law allows, we make no promise that it is accurate, complete, timely, always available, or fit for your purpose.

10. Limit on our liability

As far as the law allows, Ghosty Labs LLC isn't liable for your trading losses, or for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, from your use of the site. Our total liability for anything to do with the service is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and US$100.

11. Ending

You can stop using the site and ask us to delete your account at any time; a paid membership is cancelled as the Cancellation and refunds page describes. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or dispute a charge with your bank, or to protect the service. If we end your paid membership, or stop the plan you pay for, for any other reason, we refund the unused part of the period you paid for.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, apart from their rules on conflicts of law.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. We change the date at the top and email members about any important change. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms. A price change for a paid membership follows the notice on the Cancellation and refunds page.
